Department of Applied Psychology

OVERVIEW

The Govt. Degree College for Women, Multan was established on 1^st September, 1947 and Psychology was also introduced in those days in the above mentioned institution. M.Sc. Psychology started in 1990 in Govt. Post Graduate College for Women Multan, which has now been upgraded to offer BS (4-year) and M.Sc. (applied) of studies under Women University Multan.

SCOPE

BS 4 year program is in parallel to those of Bachelor

of Medicine, Engineering and Bachelor of Agriculture

where top class students of intermediate class get admission after a through scrutiny. This program is focused to develop the linkage between the local and foreign institutions encouraging long term sustainable scientific collaborations. The long term goal is to up lift the program in the national educational institutions and bring them as per with the international standard.
